A popular type of iced tea consumed in the Southern US and Indonesia. It's commonly flavored with lemon, peach, raspberry, or mint.

Ingredients

• 1 Pinch of Baking Soda
• 2 Cups of Boiling Water
• 6 Tea Bags
• 3/4 Cups of White Sugar
• 6 Cups of Cool Water

Steps

1. Sprinkle the pinch of baking soda into a 64-ounce, heat-proof glass pitcher. Pour in the boiling water and add tea bags. Cover and let it steep for 15 minutes.
2. Remove the tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved. Pour in cool water and refrigerate until cold, this takes around 3 hours.
